Also known as New Legend of Shaolin, this movie tells of Hung Hei-Kwun, a kung-fu student of Shaolin, who is an insurgent against the Manchu rulers. A fellow student Ma Kai-Sin betrays him by reporting this to the authorities. Hung's whole family is arrested and later beheaded. Hung kills Ma in revenge and escapes with his youngest son Man-Ting to nowhere land.
